It is THE day. You’ve prepared and practiced. Now it’s time to give it your all.
Having prepared so thoroughly you want to be in the best mental and physical condition so that you are relaxed and focused on your interview.
Exercise, hydrating and breathing will all help you to perform to the best of your ability on the day.
